Our team consists of a perfect blend of experience with young and motivated individuals who together are breaking the frontiers of law practice in Ghana. The team is made up of three (3) partners and other associates. The three (3) partners have all had extensive experience both on the non-legal and the legal side of corporate and commercial practice as well as wide experience in the public and private domain. Clients include individuals and Institutions of high standing in the areas of finance, marketing, design, IT and engineering in Ghana and Internationally.
With full-time professionals, Castle & Solstice Attorneys offers a full range of services across a complete spectrum of legal practice. Its forte is in litigation and arbitration, consulting and negotiation work with regards to business law, commercial project development, capital markets, corporate, environmental/natural resources law and family law.

JOHNSON NORMESINU BA, LLB., BL.
A founding Partner of Castle and Sostice Attorneys, Johnson Normesinu was called to the Bar in October, 2014.
Prior to his call, he was a member of the University of Ghana and Ghana School of Law moot teams and participated in the International Criminal Network Moot competition held in the Hague, Netherlands in 2012 and the Re Akoto Moot competition of 2014.
Johnson has built expertise in constitutional law, family law, natural resources law, criminal law, Information Technology law, conveyancing and commercial & land litigations and has developed expertise in the said areas. He has the ability to assess issues and sufficiently protect our clients’ interest. He adheres to strict deadlines in order to meet our clients’ expectations.

Vida Akanlise was called to the Bar in October, 2014 and has an LLM in Business and Technology Law from the University of California, Berkely. Vida Akanlise also has vast experiences in Information Technology, corporate and family laws.

SESI KWAKU TETTEY BA, LLB., BL.
Sesi is a founding partner of Castle and Solstice Attorneys and was called to the Bar in September 2016. He is the lead legal advisor for energy, petroleum and oil and gas.
He is extremely resourceful with the ability to assess legal issues adequately to protect the interest of clients and offer expert advice. He has vast experience in various areas of the law including energy, corporate and commercial practice, land, as well as criminal law and possesses the ability to maneuver through complex legal issues to provide the desired results for clients. He has also advised major companies on their structuring and operations.
